NovaStar TCC160 is a high-performance asynchronous full-color LED display control card integrating sending and receiving functions. It supports a maximum pixel capacity of 512×512@60Hz for PWM driver ICs and 512×384@60Hz for general driver ICs, with up to 260,000 pixels per card and 650,000 pixels when cascaded. It features 16×HUB75E ports, dual-band Wi-Fi (AP/STA), 1×USB2.0 (Type A), 1×USB2.0 (Type B), 2×RS485, and stereo audio output for flexible connectivity. Equipped with a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, 2GB RAM, and 32GB storage, it delivers 4K hardware decoding and smooth multimedia playback. It supports ultra-long screens up to 8192×2560 pixels and offers remote management via cloud platforms. Built with industrial-grade components, it operates reliably in -40°C to +80°C.
