Equipped with a 50-pin female connector, the card supports multiple data output modes: 16 sets of RGBR’ data, 20 sets of RGB data, or 32 sets of serial data, offering flexible compatibility with various LED modules. It uses an 18-bit signal processor, supporting 18-bit (260,000) grayscale per RGB channel and 12-bit HDMI color input when paired with a 9th-generation sending card, ensuring rich, smooth color gradients. The single card supports a maximum loading capacity of 1024×256 pixels, enabling high-resolution display output.
It supports 1024-level single-point brightness and chromaticity correction, single-card color space conversion, and configuration file readback for precise pixel-level calibration and flexible parameter adjustment. Built-in intelligent monitoring functions include temperature detection, humidity monitoring (sensor required), smoke monitoring (module required), cabinet door status monitoring, dual-line fan speed monitoring, and three-line voltage monitoring (one for system, two for cabinet power). Additional features include network cable BER test, flat cable fault detection, pixel fault detection (dedicated chip required), program replication, and dual-card hot backup for critical applications.
