HD-W66 is a high-efficiency asynchronous LED display controller designed for single-color, dual-color and tricolor LED sign boards, door header screens and storefront displays. This model delivers stable wireless control and rich display functions with low power consumption, operating at 5V and around 3W for reliable long-term operation. It integrates WiFi, Ethernet, USB 2.0 and RS232/RS485 serial interfaces, enabling multiple program update methods via smartphone WiFi connection, USB flash drive or network cable, with a stable WiFi transmission distance of up to 30 meters.
Equipped with two 50PIN universal HUB ports for module connection, HD-W66 supports a maximum load of 2048×512 pixels for single color and 1024×512 pixels for dual color, with a maximum width of 8192 pixels. It offers 8MB flash memory storing up to 1000 programs, supporting 20 independent display areas with free layout, custom borders, and over 40 text effects including animation, hollow font and stroke font. The controller supports 3 brightness adjustment modes (manual, sensor, timer) and external sensors for temperature, humidity, brightness, PM2.5 and IR remote control. It also features timer power on/off, countdown, clock, calendar and counter functions for versatile content display. Common applications include retail store signs, door header LED screens, window displays, indoor advertising boards, bus destination signs and small-size LED information screens.
